GASO Austin -- April 7-8Please fill out the hotel booking form below. The hotels listed below the form have room blocks reserved for the GASO event you are attending. Please fill out the booking form completely with the 3 hotels you would like to be placed at. The address of each hotel is listed so that you can check the hotel’s distance from your potential playing sites. The tournament webpage on the GASO website lists the sites along with their address and the divisions that will play at each site.
Please fill out one form per TEAM with the number of rooms needed for all players, coaches and fans with the type of rooms requested (EX: Double, King). Do not have each parent/team member submit a form separately.
GYC Planners will accommodate your team at one of your hotel choices (based on availability) and send you a reservation link along with all hotel information. Individuals will be responsible for securing their own room using this link. If your organization is covering the cost of all player/coach rooms we will address after your form is received.
