What is Great American Shoot-Out Player Analytic Breakdown?
- GASO uses 40+ years of player analysis to breakdown your game.
- We take full game films and look at the quality of plays (good and bad) and break down a players impact on the game.
The 3 main purposes for the Player Analytic Breakdown:
- To provide detailed understanding and feedback of your game from an analytic perspective
- To provide the player a tool to recognize their strengths and weaknesses to improve their game
- To provide the player a platform to present their game to college coaches to increase their exposure

Why are Analytics important?
Analytics help provide the player an overall picture of their game. It will highlight strengths and weaknesses that a player may not be aware of by breaking down important statistical information.

What Analytics will be measured?
- True Shooting (TS%) – Adjusts standard FG% to include their FT%, encompasses all ways to score (my preferred shooting % stat).
Goal above 50%
- Free Throw Rate (FTR%) – A measure of both how often a player/team gets to the line, as well as how often they make their free throws
Goal Above 24%
- Shot Selection GPA (SSG) – A measure of the degree of difficulty of the shots a player is taking In a game setting.
Goal Above 2.5
